At Additional Lengths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions and beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with all security seals intact and packaging unopened, as we cannot accept returns for hair extensions that have been handled or removed from their ties.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, or download a digital copy from our website, ensuring you provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 working days back to your original payment method.
